Dear guest welcome to our summer house in little village Zavala! Little village of Zavala is the destination of choice for a long-awaited, unforgettable, relaxing vacation.
IN ZAVALA PREPARE FOR SOMETHING TOTALLY DIFFERENT... On the first morning when you wake up, you will feel like the time has stoped... Your first thought will not be to check your mobile phone or to turn on the TV (which we on purpose do not offer you - you need to find different ways of entertainment). Your first tought will be to get out on one of our sunny terraces, to enjoy the beautiful view which is opening right before you...The crystal-clear blue sea, sunny terrace, the fresh unpoluted air like rarely experienced...The unique sound of crickets...In a quiet environment, with no cars and disruptive noises anywhere near you...If you came by car, you can freely forget about the sound of your car, because everything you need for a relaxing holiday is around 300-500 airline around you...Newspaper which you can go buy by walking along the path directly at the sea...Bread which you can buy in a very unique selling place directly by the sea (but you need to hurry up-in high season breasd is sold out mainly around 10 o clock...). But do not worry even if you have slept little longer, there is still a shop 500 m away from you (altough to the shop it is up hill-even if you are on holidays, you need little recreation, but from market to apartment is hill down) where you can buy fresh bread and mainly everything you need...When it is time for the beach, maye you did not had the chance to take your regular doze of coffein - do not worry, only 4 m up over the beach where you will spend your days sun bathing and swimming, is a beautiful bar where you can take your coffee, your beer or ice cream, in very unique decoration, with nice relaxing, not so loud music, just few meters from the sea...
In Zavala there are not so many, but there are quality restaurants which are offering daily fresh fish and other sea fruits...
You will wish that these holidays would last even longer then usual...

Zavala is an ideal destination for those who want to escape from city crowd and to sincerely relax surrounded by the hypnotic scents of lavender and rosemary, picturesque olive trees and vineyards, clear sea with magical undersea life, extraordinary mild and healthy climate will remain in your memory forever.
Zavala is an attractive, unique place on the south side of the island of Hvar, the sunniest Dalmatian island. Zavala is famous because of its untouched nature and beautiful gravel beaches. You can enjoy here the untouched nature and crystal-clear sea.
The sea is crystal-clear and the pebbled beaches are a paradise for children, their buckets and spades.
There is enough wind for recreational windsurfing.
A long and illuminated walking path along the sea connects all parts of the village and is particularly lively in the evening.
Zavala and its surroundings are favourite excursion points for the Hvar visitors. Small villages with preserved traditional houses are especially interesting. Across the sea from Zavala is the island of Scedro, which is a nature protection area and simply unique - a true natural paradise.

Our summerhouse is located 100 m from sea and around 120 m of one of the most beautiful beaches on the island Hvar. The house has 3 apartments for renting, with 2,3 and 4 bedrooms.
Each apartment has sea view, big terraces with sea view and 2 bathrooms.
Our sunny terraces invite you in all different times of the day to go out...To enjoy your breakfast with a beautiful view to start you day full of energy...After hours of sun bathing on the beach and enjoying in one the most crystal clear sea to come back to your accommodation and have a cold drink on your comfortable terrace...In the evening to seat with your family/friends after dinner, with a delightful glass of local wine, talking and enjoying the scene under wonderful sky full of stars, which is a rare sight in our home cities... Or to "hear" a rare experience of quietness where you can listen to the wind wawing through strong twigs of pine wood...
First accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a big living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony and a terrace in the garden in the shadow of pine trees. This apartment is for 5+1 persons. Size of the apartment is 75m2.
Second accommodation has 3 bedrooms, a very big terrace (28m2), with a beautifull open sea view and on the Island of Scedro.
Apartment is air-conditioned and has 2 bathrooms. Size of the condo is 70m2. This apartment is for 6 persons.
Third accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 2 terraces – one big terrace where a large company can be comfortable accommodate in the shadow of pine tree with sea view and one smaller terrace for up to 4 persons, from whom a beautiful view is granted also. This apartment is for 8 persons and has 2 bathrooms. Size of condo is 90m2.
All apartments are possessed with completely equipped kitchens (dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, etc.). In each bedroom there is a wardrobe.
Of course you will also find enough towels and bedclothes for your disposal.
Outside grill is at your disposable, parking is secured next to the house.

Island of Hvar is the queen of the Croatian Dalmatian islands. Thanks to the mild climate, the warm winters and pleasant summers Hvar receives many guests who are attracted by the dense mediterranean nature, rich tradition and arhitecture, and nightlife.
Lately, the worldvide celebrities are coming here to see what is it about.
On Hvar there are vast fields of lavender, ancient olive trees and vineyards, in immaculate harmony between man and nature. There are wine and olives, so a guest wishing to get closer to nature will stop at a small inn ("konoba") rather than a top quality restaurant. He will taste real home-made wine instead of some famous sparkling wine and forget the monotony of the everyday routine. Every guest is really a Guest here.
