This twin bed studio is located in an apartment building in the heart of „Poluotok“ (peninsula), the ancient centre of Zadar (Croatia) – a town more than 3000 years old. The apartment is placed only steps away from Zadar's cafe bars, restaurants, shopping markets, open theatre and concert stages, Water-Organ, Solar Circle, and the famous and splendid Riva, where it is also possible to swim in the sea.
Having accommodation inside the City Walls means the possibility of having experience and explore numerous monuments, summertime fiestas and other sightseeing possibilities, all within the reach of a minute walking distance. The studio is very quiet, even during long summer night fiestas, and pleasantly fresh, even in the hot summer days, because it is freed from the direct sunlight (air-conditioning not needed!). Distance from the sea and the famous Riva: 75 m!
