The apartment that occupies the upper floor of a new house, surrounded by greenery, olive and lemon trees and flowers, has two spacious bedrooms with a balcony of 16 square metres, sea-view, kitchen with a balcony of 9 square metres, bathroom with shower, an additional WC and a vineclad parking place. The apartment can accommodate 4-5 persons. In spacious bedrooms there are comfortable double beds, in one bedroom there is also a single bed and in the other a sofa and a TV set.
