SMOKVICA, close to KLENOVICA, a small tourist town.
There are 4 apartments in the house, located on the 1st floor and 2nd floor. They are all new, spacious, well furnished, equipped by air-conditioning and heating.
The house is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and bushes; all the apartments have an exceptionally beautiful sea-view. It is located 50m from the centre of the place.
Here, holidaymakers can find a true place for pleasant vacation and relaxation in peace and quiet, far away from hustle and bustle of big cities.
There are stone stairs leading from the garden to a small, quiet cove where guests can find anchorage for their boat if they have one. At a distance of only 5m there is a nice beach, where tourists can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in the crystal clear sea.
Our guests have a private entrance to their apartments; they can enjoy privacy in many aspects.
Each apartment has got a spacious terrace with the sea-view. There is a parking lot for 4 cars.
The house is surrounded by the greenery and flowers, Mediterranean plants including rosemary bushes, vine plants and olive trees.
Wheelchair access is not possible. Pets are not welcome. Barbecue is not available.
