The house offers a great sight at sea of the island Rab, where you can freely enjoy the peace.
House has been newly built and furnished with much taste. The family Bisic hires 3 apartments which are made very functional, tasteful and new-fashioned.
One apartment for 4 persons (ground-floor):
2 bedrooms, kitchen with cooker, fridge and coffee machine, 2 bathrooms with bath/WC, SAT-TV, terrace, extra person possible, view at sea.
One apartment for 4 persons (first floor):
2 bedrooms, kitchen with cooker, fridge and coffee machine, 2 bathrooms with bath/WC, SAT/TV, terrace, 2 extra persons possible, view at sea.
One apartment for 6 persons (second floor):
2 double rooms with bathrooms, shower and WC, 2 single rooms, kitchen with cooker, oven, fridge and coffee machine, SAT/TV, terrace, view at sea.
The house has its own car-park.
The post, bank and numerous stores are located in the Old Town of Rab, only 15 minutes of car driving. The greatest store where you can buy food is «Cash & Carry», located in Palit.
The berth/crane is available.
Beth-clothes are included in price.
Barbecue at your disposal.
