Family house quietly situated, detached. The whole house has it's own entrance, house yard and terrace with sea view at your complete disposal.
Ground floor: front yard, livingroom, kitchen, 1 single room, big bathroom with shower.
First floor: 2 triple bedroom, bathroom, terrace with sea view.
Front yard is in the shade of the pine tree with table and 6 chairs for dining outdoor.
Kithen is spacious and equipped with 2 ring stove, freezer, fridge, oven.
Confortable livingroom with fireplace, sofabed, table and chairs for 6 person.

Our offer includes: bed linen, water, gas and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed linen and final cleaning on guest departure.
Rental conditions:
In July and August minimum stay is one week ( Sat-Sat).
Deposit- 30 %, balance payable at check in.
Security deposit of Euro 100,00 at check in, to be returned at check out.
Animals are permitted, but with extra charge for final cleaning ofEuro 50,00.
