First floor: 2 triple bedrooms, bathroom, terrace with sea view.
Front yard is in the shade of grapes, with table and 6 chairs for dining outdoor.
Kitchen is spacious and equipped with 2 ring stoves, freezer, fridge, oven.
Comfortable livingroom with fireplace, sofabed, table and chairs for 6 persons.

Prices are based on rent for 4(four) persons.
Our offer includes: bed linen, water, gas and electricity, cooking utensils and cutlery, cleaning equipment, weekly change of bed linen and final cleaning on guest departure.
Rental conditions:
In July and August minimum stay is one week ( Sat-Sat).
Deposit- 30 %, balance payable at check in.
Security deposit of Euro 100,00 at check in, to be returned at check out.
Animals are allowed. Charge for final cleaning is Euro 50,00.
