House is situated in a small bay near the Rogoznica in the middle Dalmatia. The place is called Razanj, and the bay is Stivasnica. The bay is looking at the open sea. There are two rooms, bathroom, large living room with kitchen and large balcony with beautiful view on the sea and garden around the house. There is a grill which you can use and table for lunch under the fig-tree.We also have boat which you can rent.There is a parking lot for two cars. Please contact us in English or Croatian language.
Price includes: water, gas, electricity, cooking dishes,weekly changes bedlinen and cleaning of apartment on departure of guests. When you decide to make reservations, we ask prepayment 100 EUR.
The rest you should pay just upon arrival (including tourist-tax).
Arrival after 14 pm.departure before 10 am. (if we don't make other consultation.)
Tourist-tax:1 Eur per day per one person.
Kids till 12 years old don't to be pay tourist-tax.
