It is our pleasure present our offer of apartments in Banjole-Pula witch are situated on quiet location, around a green nature, only 50 m from the clean cristal blue Sea and nice Beach, far away 7km from Pula. We have 3 apartments from 30 till 90 m2,with big beautiful garden around, and we rent apartments for many years. Spend one beautiful Vacation in Summer in Banjole, Pula, Istra, Croatia, at Adriatic Sea, you will enjoy for sure! :) Pula-Istra-Croatia 3000 years On the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, at the end of the Gulf of Pula, a town of antiquity, parks, summer festivals dominates. Villa Vanda - Pula - Pjescana Uvala (sandy cove) is a modern settlement, established only thirty years ago great for Holiday Pula. It was discovered by bathers in Pula who became captivated by the naturally sandy beach which dominates the area between two peninsulas, hence the name of the town. Sailors have also settled here, seeking a safe place for their vessels during storms. Along path winds below the town along the beach, dotted with numerous restaurants, taverns, stores and pastry shops. There is also a doctor's office and a beauty parlor. The town is given its picturesqueness by the marina, where yachts are available for rent for Holiday Pula. Villa Vanda is situated in quiet and beautiful surroundings full of lush vegetation. The nearest beach is only two minutes away on foot. We offer five different apartments, each with its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with a view of the sea. The house has all the comforts you will need, with restaurants, shops, night life and transport all nearby. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace and parking place. It is possible to use the large common terrace and flowered garden with grill and seating area. The owners provide change of bed linen weekly and the prices include water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. AP 1 for 5 person : The apartment has 2 rooms and is on the second floor. There are 1 room with double bed and one room with three single bed, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and car parking.) AP 2 for 6 person : The apartment has 3 rooms and is on the second floor. PULA-BANKO COUNTRY HOUSE - Pula - The apartments are situated in a quiet zone of Pula called Valdebek,sorrounded with natural lawn and fruit trees,playground. Private park area included. The app.are placed in an old,typical Istrian-Mediterranian house.They are fully equipped,with a rustical interrier,suitable for 4 persons(2+2). It consist of a ground floor(kitchen+living room and bed for two persons)and a first floor(bathroom and bedroom). In one suit there is a fire-place. Suits have the dishes,machine for coffee,tv,tv satellite and free use of bedding and towels. Suits can be useful in the Winter because they have central heating. By appointment we can offer our home-cooked food including breakfast. In the price there is included the cleaning of the object, and all the expenses (water, gas...). In front of the house there is possible to use a grill. SPECIAL OPTIONAL OFFER: Boat capable to carry 12 persons for diving,fishing and sighteeing.
