It is our pleasure to present our offer of apartments in Banjole-Pula which are situated on quiet location, around green nature, only 50 m from the clean cristal blue Sea and nice Beach, far away 7km from Pula. We have 3 apartments from 30 till 90 m2, with big beautiful garden around, and we rent apartments for many years. Spend one beautiful Vacation in Summer in Banjole, Pula, Istra, Croatia, at Adriatic Sea, you will enjoy for sure! :) Pula-Istra-Croatia 3000 years On the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, at the end of the Gulf of Pula, a town of antiquity, parks, summer festivals dominates. Apartman Petra - Pula - The apartment Petra are situated in the house in Valkane, a quiet area of family houses, shops and restaurants, a suburb of Pula located only 3 km from the city core. The house is almost on the seashore; it takes only 3 minutes walk to get to the beach that is partly covered with pebbles, and partly in blocks of concrete and natural stone. The house has 1 comfortable apartment for six person and shadowy parking places in front of it. The garden is covered with green and flowers, and near the garden there is a charming corner for guests with a grill. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double rooms, living room, two bathroom, and balcony. The apartment measures 105 m2 + + balcony 15 m2. Villa Vanda - Pula - Pjescana Uvala (sandy cove) is a modern settlement, established only thirty years ago great for Holiday Pula. It was discovered by bathers in Pula who became captivated by the naturally sandy beach which dominates the area between two peninsulas, hence the name of the town. Sailors have also settled here, seeking a safe place for their vessels during storms. Along path winds below the town along the beach, dotted with numerous restaurants, taverns, stores and pastry shops. There is also a doctor's office and a beauty parlor. The town is given its picturesqueness by the marina, where yachts are available for rent for Holiday Pula. Villa Vanda is situated in quiet and beautiful surroundings full of lush vegetation. The house has all the comforts you will need, with restaurants, shops, night life and transport all nearby. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace and parking place. It is possible to use the large common terrace and flowered garden with grill and seating area. The owners provide change of bed linen weekly and the prices include water, gas, electricity and final cleaning. AP 1 for 5 persons : The apartment has 2 rooms and is on the second floor. In the garden is situated a swimming pool. Private park area included. The apartments are placed in an old, typical Istrian-Mediterranean house.They are fully equipped,with a rustical interior, suitable for 4 persons (2+2). It consists of a ground floor (kitchen + living room and bed for two persons)and a first floor (bathroom and bedroom). In one suite there is a fire-place. Suites have dishes, machine for coffee, tv, tv satellite and free use of bedding and towels. Suites can be useful in the Winter because they have central heating. By appointment we can offer our home-cooked food including breakfast. In the price there is included the cleaning of the object, and all the expenses (water, gas...).
