The Croatian Museum Society has once again prepared the cultural event "Museum Night" which will be held this year on January 25 in 45 museums in Croatia. The Archaeological Museum in Pula joins this event and will open its doors on that day at 7 pm.
The program of the "Museum Night" is called "Homo locum ornat, not hominem locum", and is intended to remind us of Roman times. The program, which starts with a dramatic play, sets off from the Twin gates at 7 pm, and in a series of scenes actors of FERR will try to tell the story of the most important historical events.
In addition to the interesting program, visitors of "Museum Nights" will also be able to taste Roman delicacies.
On January 25, the Archaeological Museum of Istria will be open until 9 pm, entrance will be free, as well as all the accompanying material that will be distributed.
Last year 26 Croatian museums were included in the event "Museum Night" during which there were over 70,000 visitors.
