The villa is located in Prizba, 14 km from Blato, 22 km from Vela Luka and 37 km from the town Korcula, on the south coast of the island. It is surrounded with pine trees and the staircase leads to the beach (rocky shore with sunbathing plateaus and a pier ) at about 90 m distance.
