Villa Albicija - Privlaka - Villa Albicija is a newly built house located in Privlaka (20km from Zadar-it is important to mention that there are several National Parks in the Zadar area). It is situated next to the sea, surrounded by rich Mediterranean flora in a quiet and peaceful area. We offer you 4 apartments: The first floor: 1/2 persons-living room with sofa bed (a sofa that can be converted into a bed), SAT/TV, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, air-condition. 2/4 persons-living room/dining room, SAT/TV, air-condition, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony One of the apartments for 4 people has 2 balconies and the other has one.All the balconies on the first floor measure 8m2 and have a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. The ground floor: 1/6 persons-living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace (30m2), air condition. There is private parking for apartment guests. Beach is about 100-200m far. It is sandy beach, it goes slowly from shallow to deep water, so it is convenient for children. There is also water fun park on the beach. Nearest restaurant is around 100m far from the house, and it is said to be one of the best in the area. Privlaka is tourist village placed on the peninsula, surrounded with many sandy beaches.
