Villa Albicija - Privlaka - Villa Albicija is a newly built house located in Privlaka (20km from Zadar-it is important to mention that there are several National Parks in the Zadar area). It is situated next to the sea, surrounded by rich Mediterranean flora in a quiet and peaceful area. We offer you 4 apartments: The first floor: 1/2 persons-living room with sofa bed (a sofa that can be converted into a bed), SAT/TV, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, air-condition. 2/4 persons-living room/dining room, SAT/TV, air-condition, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, balcony One of the apartments for 4 people has 2 balconies and the other has one.All the balconies on the first floor measure 8m2 and have a breathtaking view of the sea and mountains. The ground floor: 1/6 persons-living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terrace (30m2), air condition. It is located in centre of Sabunike near Zadar Sabunike a small tourist locality in Privlaka ,20 km from Zadar, known for its long sandy beaches, wind surfing, warm and clean sea and a wind that gently blows all the time making the air fresh. Due to the shallow and clean sea, you can go swimming already in May and June. Children can swim and play carefree on the warm sand. You can spend your evenings walking on the beach, through the pine forest or enjoying the peace and quiet on terraces under the starry sky. On the nearby beach, you can find black, medicinal mud that, through sunrays and the warm sea, provides thermo-therapy for various rheumatic illnesses, severe illnesses and has proven to be very effective in treatment of illnesses such as rheumatism, arthritis ... There is private parking for apartment guests. Beach is about 100-200m far. It is sandy beach, it goes slowly from shallow to deep water, so it is convenient for children. There is also water fun park on the beach. Nearest restaurant is around 100m far from the house, and it is said to be one of the best in the area. Privlaka is tourist village placed on the peninsula, surrounded with many sandy beaches.
