Dear quests!
Our house APARTMENTS RUMORA is situated in Premantura, on the south side of the peninsula Istria, on private property 800 mª and has 2 apartments (70 mª), 1 studio (30 mª) and 1 room (12 mª) for 13 or maximum 16 persons. My family consists 3 persons and we live in house on ground floor and you can contact us 24 hours a day. House is quietly and peacefully situated, attractive to children and only 500m from the beach. Apartments and studio include: water, gas or electricity, cooking utlities cutlery, cleaning equipment weekly, change of badlinnen and full clining of apartments, private parking place, use grill in the garden or grill on gas in summer kitchen.
All apartments, studio and room have a nice separated place in beautiful mediteran garden.
APARTMENTS:
Both apartments have a beautiful sea view.
First apartment is for 4+2 persons, it's on the 1. floor and has a 2 bedrooms with double bad, living room with double bad, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
Second apartment is for 4+1 persons it's on 2. floor and has a 2 bedrooms, (one with double bad and one with double and single bad) kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony.
Studio and room are situated in another separated house with separated entrance: studio upstairs- room downstairs
STUDIO:
Includes one big room (double and single bad) with kitchen and bathroom. (for example: studio and room can be reserved separately or together: parents upstairs (studio) and children downstairs (room)
ROOM
It's one room with double bad with bathroom. You can use summer kitchen (cooking, fridge)
OTHER INFORMATIONS:
Arrival in apartment is after 14.00 h, departure before 10.00 h
Taxes amount is 1 Euro per person for day during the seasons. Children 12-18 pay 50% taxes and up 12 years don't pay taxes.
When you decide to make an reservations we'll ask you to pay cca 30% of the total amount in advance.
We have a basic knowledge in English, German and Italian language.
Information about village: In village there are 5 restaurants, 3 taverns, 1 pizzeria, 3 pastry shops, 2 bars, 5 stores, exchange office, windsurfing centre and equipment and diving scuba, you can rent a bout, scoter, bike

Premantura is situated at the end of the peninsula Istria and we have a beautiful Cape Kamenjak. Cape Kamenjak conceals great secrets of nature. Lovely coves and beaches, as well as crystal-clear sea make this are a particularly attractive destination. Did you know that for example, from a botanical point of view this area is exceptionally important for its extreme richness in the variety of orchid species. Did you also know that Kamenjak is the home of some unique species, plants that grow only here and nowhere else on the planet? Where you aware that dinosaurs roamed these lands and left numerous footprints? You can go by car but is recommended to go to Kamenjak by bike or on foot because Cape Kamenjak need for special care and protection.
Two Diving center offer diving for all categories, test dives with complete diving equipment, and renting of the equipments.
Those fond of windsurfing will find that the favorable winds and sea currents offer a unique experience.
In Medulin:
-Horseback riding: horse center with their thoroughbred and noble animals will make it possible for you, both for beginners and for more experienced riders to have various itineraries and tracking paths along withthe horseback riding school and axcursions and other activites in the nature.

- Panoramic Flights: During a pleasant 15-minutes flight you'll see Medulin, Pula with its magnificent Roman Amphitheatre, bays and islets of the southernmost part of Istria. Enthusiasts can spend a whole hour flying, r reach some remote destination in Croatia by taxi plane.

- Aquarium: Located in 7 rooms on the groun floor on the 119 vear old Austro-Hungarian fortress, covering an area of 1500 mª are large sea-water tanks with representatves of North Adriatic flora and fauna

- Temple of Augustus- exhibition of Roman portrait sculpture
