Apartments Radalj are situated in Premantura, on the south side of the peninsula Istria, on private property 1000 m2 and has 4 apartments and 1 room. My family consists 2 persons and we live in house on ground floor and you can contact us any time. The house is quietly situated, with Great Park, 30 m far from the road, best for children play and safeness. The nearest beach is 15min long by walk (alsothe Rt Kamenjak with beautiful beaches and landscape) and town center is 5 min long by walk.
APARTMANS:
First apartment is for 4 -6 persons + 1, it's on the first floor and has a 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with two single bed), living room , kitchen, bathroom and terrace. (130m2 cca)
Second apartment is for 6 + 1 persons it’s on second floor and has a 3 bedrooms, (two with double bed and one with two single bed), living room with balcony, bathroom, WC and kitchen with terrace. (140m2 cca)
Third apartment is for 4 +1 persons; it's on the third floor and has a 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds divided, living room, bathroom, kitchen and terrace with beautiful sea view. (80m2 cca)
Apartment for 2 and room are situated in another separated house with separated entrance groundfloor. The interior of both has one double bed, kitchen and bathroom (room have a terrace). Apartment is size 22m2 and room 19m2.
All apartments are acclimatized and have sea view. WLAN.
We are situated in a quite zone with parking place in the yard
and garden and grill.
Pets are allowed on demand (5 EUR per day).
OTHER INFORMATIONS:
Arrivals in apartman is after 12 h, departure till 10. h
Taxes amount is 1 Euro per person for day during the seasons. Children 12-18 pay 50% taxes and up 12 years don't pay taxes.
When you decide to make a reservation we'll ask you to pay cca 20% of the total amount in advance.
We have a basic knowledge in English, German and Italian language.
