Near the town of Porec in one of his most beautiful parts of the village hospital, near the pine trees at peaceful location are our apartments "Sven-Marino." The environment full of greenery, flowers and palm trees, you will find an ideal place for vacation but you just 15min to reach on foot from the centre of town at the centre of events and entertainment.
Often you will wake carol and the smell of pine forest, you will feel the real charm and warmth of the Mediterranean which will complete kindness hosts and their hospitality. During the day you will find refreshment in our clean water and in the evening you can enjoy the many restaurants, taste local delicacies with the excellent local wine and olive oil.
We offer our guests comfortable 4 suites, with a capacity of 2 to 4 people, fully equipped with a pleasant atmosphere for housing. Each apartment has a terrace in the garden of another large terrace with a grill you will be called on shared intimacy with a glass of wine.
In our private plot your car will have a parking place in the shade and only a few meters away your children will be able to play in the park with swings and slide.
Nearby there is only built a new hall for handball Evropsko Handball Championship in 2009, a football field, fitness studio, tennis courts and more ..
