Near the town of Porec in one of his most beautiful parts of the village hospital, near the pine trees at peaceful location are our apartments "Sven-Marino." The environment full of greenery, flowers and palm trees, you will find an ideal place for vacation and you'll need only 15min by foot to reach the centre of town, the centre of events and entertainment.
Often you will be woken by a birds' carol and the smell of pine forest and you will feel the real charm and warmth of the Mediterranean which will be completed by the kindness of the hosts and their hospitality. During the day you will find refreshment in our clean water and in the evening you can enjoy the many restaurants, taste local delicacies with the excellent local wine and olive oil.
We offer our guests comfortable 4 suites, with a capacity of 2 to 4 people, fully equipped with a pleasant atmosphere for housing. Each apartment has a terrace in the garden and another large terrace with a grill you will be called on shared intimacy with a glass of wine.
In our private plot your car will have a parking place in the shade and only a few meters away your children will be able to play in the park with swings and slide.
Nearby there is built a new hall for handball, European Handball Championship in 2009, a football field, fitness studio, tennis courts and more ..
