House is situated in the quiet part of Podgora just one minute from the beach and center of the town. House has four apartments. All apartments have its own entry, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, balcony and TV (SAT-TV), airconditioned.
Podgora is very well conected with islands Hvar and Brac by the ferryboat from Makarska. Just ten minutes drive from the house is the entrance to Nature park Biokovo, place of incredible natural beauty with a nice restaurant and climbing tracks for adventurous visitors. You can also go on one day trips to Dubrovnik, Medjugorje ,Mostar, Split,Trogir
If you decide to spend your vacation in our house, you have to pay 30% of total amount in advance on the bank account as a reservation confirmation.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house.It has a big terrace and the exterior porch,near the lovely garden with Mediterranean herbs and flowers and also grill on the disposal of all tenants. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms,well- equipped kitchen (dishwasher),living room with sofa-bed, and it is suitable for 4-6 persons.Air-conditioned, sat TV,parking place.Towels and sheet included, washing-machine on demand.
