The village of Orasac is under 442 meters high Vracevo brdo and 298 meters high Golo brdo. Above Orasac is the summer residence of the Austrian governor Fillip Saponar (from 1700). Below the village, on the edge of the high cliff above the coast, you can see the ruins of the monumental castle Arapovo, former residence of the Florentine duke Pietro Soderini in the period after he left Florence in 1512. New, large tourist complex was built there (with 2,000 beds), as well as the apartment settlement »Dubrovnik's Sun Gardens«.
