All apartments and rooms have TV-SAT, KLIMA-AIR.COND, TEL..(all rooms have a refrigerator). Apartments are clean and tidy, surroundings well maintained and parking 250 meter from the beach. Every car has his parking place surrounding the house. Nearby the house we also have showers wich are very useful. Tables and barbecue are on guests disposal.
The possibility of using garage in winter for boats.
Island Krk is connected with the mainland through the majestic Krk Bridge. The airport on the north-west of the island and the car-ferry connections with the other islands of the Northern Adriatic have made Krk a tourist destination that can be reached rapidly from any direction. And then there are only another ten kilometres to Njivice by the islands roads from the bridge or the airport-or you can sail in from the sea.
Njivice once a little fishing village, is now a favourite holiday place in the lap of luxuriant coastal vegetation and a clear blue sea. In a gente little bay, at the side of the pebble beach and the sunbathing areas, are private flats. The pebbly or stony beaches in the village, or , not far off, those hideaway little coves for those who like a bit more peace and quiet, and the naturist beaches, provide a choice for everyone. Pleasant walks along the coast, dancing on some terrace, a time out in a genuine cellar tavern, listening on the coast to the songs of some island close-harmony singing group and slices of home-cured prosciutto are just some of the ways you can spend an evening. The fishermen's fiestas and dance are not to be missed, which also applies for the fish specialities served in restaurants with the fine wine of the region called Zlahtina.
People have always lived with the sun and sea here, in a symphony with Mediterranean plant fragrances, with the deep blue of the sea and the pebbles of the sandy beach.
During the day, and even late at night, Njivice provides many sporting and recreational facilities - tennis, boules, mini-golf, table tennis ,basketball, football.....The sea sports facillities are particularly attractive and include games , speed-boating, water-skiing, jet-skiing, wind-surfing and even parachute flying.
Guided tours allow you to get to know the natural beauties of the island and some of the buildings and sites that bear witness to the rich past of the island of Krk.The most interesting places to go to are Jurandvor, medieval Krk, the Franciscan monastery on the islet of Koaljun, Dobrinj-the lovely cavern called Biserujka, Vrbnik...
