Murter is one of the very attractive tourist destinations of the Central Adriatic Coast.
It is an island with a big advantage: it is connected to the mainland by a bridge in the place called Tisno. It will take you only about 3 hours' drive from Zagreb to Murter (exit Pirovac on a highway direction Split).
Murter still lives a traditional life of fishermen and farmers, (about 2500 inhabitans) but it also offers many amenities to the tourists. It has the best sand and pebble beaches in the neighbourhood, crystal blue sea, mild climate with a lot of sunshine. Also, Murter has everything for tourists' needs: the post office, pharmacy, a surgery, a dentist, numerous restaurants, pizzerias shopping centres, marinas, rent-a-boat, bicycle or scooter.There is also a tennis court and other entertainment facilities.
Murter is a «gate» to the Kornati archipelago – the national park comprising more than 140 islands and islets of exceptional beauty.
There is always a possibility to go fishing, windsurfing, to play tennis or to take a walk or cycling around Murter, new walking and cycling path (about 15km) are made . You can take also an excursion by boat to the Kornati islands or the waterfalls of the Krka river (also a national park).
If you prefer our cultural heritage and historical monuments you can enjoy visiting old parts of the towns of Šibenik (only half-hour drive from Murter) or Zadar (about 60 km distant) and Split(about 90km distant).
Our house » Murter Holiday» in Murter is situated just upon a beach (20m far away) at the end of a quiet street along the seaside.
Very near are situated tennis court, sandy beaches Slanica and Cigradja, with restaurants, pizzerias, bars and markets.
For the accomodation of our guests, we offer 2 apartments, each having its own covered seaview terrace and entrances. In front of the house is big parking lot and our pier and "mooring" for the boats.
Weekly change of bedclothing.
The prices include gas, electricity, water and tourist taxes. Washing machine and internet are disposal on request.
-The Big apartment Murter holiday ("A") consists of 2 bedrooms (for 4-5 persons), bathroom, kitchen and a covered terrace with the beautiful direct seaview. It's on the first floor of our house. The apartment is equipped with the air conditioning system.
-The Small apartment ("B") has a big bedroom-living room (for 2-3 persons) connected with the kitchen, bathroom and a big covered terrace. It's situated in the ground floor.
OUR HOUSE IN ARCHIPELAGO KORNATI, ISLAND ZUT, bay ZESNJA
The house is situated in a very quiet and nice little bay ,called Zesnja. We rent the whole house there, for 4-6 people. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, big living room with the kitchen, bathroom, covered terrace and a big garden around. It's only 5m far from the sea, from our peer and "mooring".
We provide the transfer from Murter to Kornati- Island Zut, and back with our own boat.
All 3 apartments are equipped with appliances needed: kitchen appliances, TV, bedclothing, towels etc.
Barbecues are beside the houses.
In Murter we have spacious parking places for the guests in front of our house.
We also rent the boat (no cabine, 4m long) with the motor 4HP.
