The village is situated in the bay of Trogir, twelve kilometers from the town of Trogir. The village consists of a few separate parts. The coasts of the bay are indented by numerous coves with sand and gravel beaches.
The area of Marina was mentioned under the name of Bosoljina in the 13th century, and at the beginning of the 16th century the bishop of Trogir built a citadel for defense of his estates from the
Turks. The gate with the coat of arms, small church, and the renaissance tower are still preserved.
Marina: AGANA, with 140 places on the floating docks and 100 store-houses on the coast. You can also rent boats and ships. the guests can use toilets, restaurant, bar, shops, exchange office, repair services and movable crane (up to 40 tons). It is open through the whole year. [...]
