Our semi-detached house lies in a small dead-end-road about 1,2 km outside of Mali Losinj Croatia. It´s only 7 houses in our street! Our house has a free view of the sea and lies on a border of a light and sunny pine forest, on a slope of a hill. This lovely pine forest is over 120 years old. It as been planted in the old days by some very enthusiastic people led by an austrian doctor. It makes Mali Losinj Croatia well known as a place where people with lung deseases can benefit from the mild climate. Try it yourself, you´ll notice it the moment you get out of your car (I know myself best!)
We offer you 2 very comfortable, spacious apartemens (55 qm each) for 4 persons each.

Every apartment is very comfortably equiped and has SAT-TV, DVD/CD/mp3-Player, air-condition, microwave and electro ovens, big refrigirators and all new mattresses in good quality. Outside you have garden-furniture (a table with 4 chairs), comfortable lying chairs and two parasols each.
There are original paintings of the island on the walls, painted by the local artists, as well as ceramics.
We also have our own, free two parking-places for your use only, directly near the garden.
Our big, mediterranean garden is well kept, dailiy watered in summer and full of flowers, herbs and scented shrubs. On the border of the garden, under the oleander hedgerow there is a cosy corner with two wooden banks, two comfortable wooden chairs and a spacious wooden table.

We are very sorry that we can´t accept pets at this time, partly because of the garden and partly because we have all new cotton rugs in the living rooms and new rugs in front of the beds.

The 1st-floor-apartment has one separate bedroom, one separate kitchen and one big room full of light which is on one half a bedroom with a double bed and on the other half a comfortable living room. This room opens to the balcony of 8 sq m, facing south, with a striking view of the sea. There is a further, small balcony at the entrance to your apartment, 3 sq m big, facing the west side, the garden and on one side the sea, perfect to enjoy the late afternoon hours and the beautiful sunsets. Both bedrooms have spacious double beds of 180 x 200 with new, good mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of stuff that will make you feel at home: besides a high, new fridge, an electric- and a microwave oven we offer an egg-cooker, toaster, water cooker, filter-coffee machine, Italian cafeteria, press-cafeteria by bodum, plenty of plates 8all for 6 persons), casseroles, pans, plenty of good knives, glasses for water, red-wine, liquor, espresso cups and small spoons, coffee cups, latte-macchiato glasses and long spoons (all for 6), Jena glass tea cups, milk frothier, German state of the art can opener, a Peugeot pepper mill, a Julienne knife for the lemons growing in front of your entrance.. you can almost reach them from the entrance... etc. While staying in the first-floor apartment you have the whole garden for your use, including the lovely corner under the approx. 3,5-4 m high and 40 years old oleander hedgerow. It offers plenty of space: 2 wooden banks, 2 wooden chairs with armrests and a spacious wooden table. And, of course, your free, private parking on the border of the garden.
