The house is situated on a little village in Mali Lošinj called Poljana II surrounded by pine forest, about 2,5 km from the center of Mali Losinj. With several parking places avaliable and 2 large terraces in a beautiful garden adorned with mediterranean plants and herbs. Grill facilities available.

A) 1 APARTMENT FOR 4 PERSONS
65m2 apartment with 2 separated double bedrooms , living room with Sat-TV, fire place, kitchen, bath and 2 balcony with beautiful sea view.
B) DOUBLE BEDROOMS + SEPARATED BEDROOMS WITH BUNK BEDS
- Double bedroom I with bathroom, is situated on the ground floor
- Double bedroom II with WC - bunk beds - is situated on the ground floor
- Double bedroom III with bathroom, situated on the first floor
- Double bedroom IV with bathroom, balcony + separated room with bunk beds. Capacity 2-4 persons, is situated on the first floor.
- Double bedroom V with bathroom, balcony + separated room with bunk beds. Capacity 2-4 persons, is situated on the first floor.
- Single bedroom with balcony. This room can be rented along with the other rooms, is situated on the first floor.
In the ground floor are situated a dining room with fire place and Sat-TV, a large kitchen with separated friges for each room and a dish-washer, 2 terraces.
Breakfast service is available upon request and it is charged apart.
