The 3/4 bed Apartment disposes of: one separate double bedroom with terrace, kitchen, living room with one/two beds, bathroom with shower and balcony. The 6 bed Apartment has three double rooms of which one with separate beds, kitchen, bathroom and a big terrace. The house is situated on a little village in Mali Lošinj called Poljana II sorrounded by pine forest, about 2,5 km from the center of Mali Losinj. With several parking places avaliable and 2 large terraces in a beautifull garden adorned with mediterranian plants and herbs. Grill facilities avaliable. This holiday house in Mali losinj accept domestic animals. The house dispons with: A) 1 APARTMENT FOR 4 PERSONS 65m2 apartment with 2 separated double bedrooms , living room with Sat-TV, fire place, kitchen, bath and 2 balcony with beautifull sea view. Mali Losinj - Marija Todoric - Mali Losinj - Our semi-detached house lies in a small dead-end-road about 1,2 km outside of Mali Losinj Croatia. It´s only 7 houses in our street! Our house has a free view of the sea and lies on a border of a light and sunny pine forest, on a slope of a hill. This lovely pine forest is over 120 years old. It as been planted in the old days by some very enthusiastic people led by an austrian doctor. It makes Mali Losinj Croatia well known as a place where people with lung deseases can benefit from the mild climate. Try it yourself, you´ll notice it the moment you get out of your car (I know myself best!) We offer you 2 very comfortable, spacious apartemens (55 qm each) for 4 persons each. Every apartment is very comfortably equiped and has SAT-TV, DVD/CD/mp3-Player, air-condition, microwave and electro ovens, big refrigirators and all new mattresses in good quality.
