Welcome to the villa Ana !!!
Driving to Dubrovnik, you will see a beautiful bay Zaton, where is located place Stikovica with a numerous villas. At only 10 min from historical Dubrovnik Zaton bay is quiet peaceful oases with pebbles beach. Crystal blue sea, mediteran plants, with a vicinity of Dubrovnik, do that Villa is a perfect place for quiet vacation, for family, or older people. In Stikovica you will find the old Dalmatian way off living.
Villa Ana is at only 15m from the beach, and at villa you can find terrace with a shade with summer kitchen and all our guests can use the large terrace, together with the outside grill, where is a perfect place to bee during the hot summer days, or to have a dinner. In the neighborhood you can find two restaurants with Dalmatian and intercontinental food.
All apartments are fully equipped with new furniture and decorated with style, with air-condition. Private parking is available in front of the house.

Our orange studio apartment is situated on the second floor of villa Ana! Orange apartment has attractive interior with two floors. Second floor is small gallery which you can reach with wooden inner stairs! This fact makes it comfortable and pleasant for stay of 2 – 3 people. Apartment has own bathroom with tub and mini kitchen. Total size of orange apartment is 32m2 and it has official category of 3 stars. Due to its comfort orange apartment is ideal for couple with child or 3 people. It has two (separate) beds (90x200 cm) with orthopedic mattresses and additional bed in gallery (160x200 cm). Orange apartment is equipped with new furniture air-condition, TV, satellite TV, wireless internet connection... Besides its attractive interior orange apartment offers to you a sea view and our guest mostly describe this apartment as stylish and peaceful...
