Zavratnica cove and island of Rab
Resembling a miniature Scandinavian fjord, ZAVRATNICA is probably one of the most beautiful coves of the Croatian Adriatic. It is short 15 min walk along the coast from Jablanac, 45 min drive from Senj. To be seen in the cove are the remains of a sunken German warship, a real tourist attraction to numerous divers that come here in the summer. The village of Jablanac is the car ferry port for island of Rab with two ferries crossing non-stop in high season.
