There are 4 apartments in the house. Apartments are fully equipped, including TV and air condition. All apartments have big balcony. There is private parking for apartment guests. Beach is about 100-200m far. It is sandy beach, it goes slowly from shallow to deep water, so it is convenient for children. There is also water fun park on the beach. Nearest restaurant is around 100m far from the house, and it is said to be one of the best in the area. Privlaka is tourist village placed on the peninsula, surrounded with many sandy beaches. There are four national parks within 1-2 hour driving (Paklenica, Kornati, Krka i Plitvicka jezera), and city of Nin - the oldest Croatian city - 4mk away, and Zadar - around 20km
