Welcome to Villa Vedran Apartments - holiday-Komarna
The family-run house is friendly and comfortable, with peaceful & healthy environment. In Villa VEDRAN are at disposal three apartments, is 10 metres far from private access/pier to the huge bay with crystal-clear and calm sea, protected from peninsula Peljesac. 3 km away from tourist resort KLEK with shopping street; 65 km away from the Adriatic pearl Dubrovnik; not far from pilgrimage place Medjugorje, and from Mostar 55 km, with the famous restored Ottoman bridge. Arhaeologic sites at the Neretva river, named by the Romans Narenta.
In Villa VEDRAN are at disposal three apartments:
- VEDRAN A - elegant attic:
with level entrance from adiacent parking; can receive up to 12 hosts. Sea-view from each air conditioned room. New sauna bath. Apartment area: 200 square metres, terrace 20. Floors parquet/tiles.
There are:
- wide living room with couches, satellite TV set;
- great kitchen (35mt) with dining area and fully-equipped place for meal preparation (grill, fireplace, refrigerator/deep freezer, coffee maker, tableware) + terrace of 10 s.m.
- three bath rooms with shower,and one with bath, washing machine;
- three balconed bedrooms, 12, 14 and 16 sq.metres, with double beds and single beds.
And more: open air shower, barbecue, sun chairs, covered parking.
On request: extra beds, iron, cleaning once in the week.
- VEDRAN B - apartment:
on second floor is fit for 2 up to 5 hosts on 35 sq,meters area with further 10 mt.terrace. Fine view on the sea from each room, parqueted and air conditioned.
There are:
- Living room with Tv set, Dvd player,
from the living room direct access to the covered terrace:
- Kitchen, fully equipped, comunicating with living room;
- 1 bathroom with shower;
- Bedroom 12 sq.metres with double bed;
sopha bed for 2 persons and beds for 1 persons or 2 child, in the living room.
On request: extra beds, iron, cleaning once in the week.
On open air shower, barbecue, parking place, otherwise all like apartment A
- VEDRAN C - apartment:
28sq.metres apartment, with kitchen-dining area, bathroom with shower,
-bedroom with double bed and 2 single bunk beds, Tv set, Dvd player and films, air condition, outside with 40 sq.metres terrace, very nice position only 5 metres from the sea.
(200 meters also a nice pebbly beach).
On open air shower, barbecue, covered parking.
On request: extra beds, iron, cleaning once in the week.
