Pakostane is a small, picturesque Dalmatian town centrally located on the Adriatic Coast. Close by is the tourist center of Biograd na moru as well as Vransko Lake Nature Park.
In the town of Pakostane, you can find an abundance of restaurants, cafes, Dalmatian cellars (where you can drink local wines and taste Dalmatian pršut – similar to Italian prosciutto but better!), disco club and more. The shoreline is lengthy with crystal clear seas and a variety of beaches to suite many tastes: sandy, gravel or stone beaches with pine forest settings.
Villa Neko is located in the tourist area of the town, close to an auto camp and "Club Med".
The beach is located within a pleasant 5 minute stroll through pine woods.
The Villa Neko complex contains four (4) self-contained apartments.
The largest apartmen "A" (cc 100 m2) is at ground level and contains three (3) bedrooms, large bathroom, kitchen and dining room. The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 6+2 extra Persons.
Two apartments are located on the first floor.
The larger apartment "B" (cc 70 m2) contains two (2) bedrooms, bathroom, dining room with kitchen, and a large terrace. The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 4+2 extra Persons.
The smaller apartment "C" (cc 50 m2) contains one (1) bedroom, bathroom, dining room with kitchen, and a large terrace. The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 2+2 extra Persons.
The fourth apartment is located in the loft.
This apartment "D"(cc 80 m2) contains (2) bedrooms, large dining room and lounge with kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and shower, as well as terrace with a view to the sea. The apartment is fully furnished and can accommodate 4+2 extra Persons.
Price for every extra Person is 5,oo Euro/day
The 1000 m2 garden setting contains on ground parking facilities, grill and shaded seating areas.
Conditions of accommodation:
- we accept reservations only from Saturday to Saturday
- apartments can be occupied after 2 p.m.
- apartments must be vacated by 10 a.m.
Reservations are confirmed upon payment of 20% of the total cost of accommodation.
Sojourn tax applies as follows and is not included in the price of accommodation:
- persons over the age of 18 approximately 1 Euro/day
- children from 12-18 years of age are charged 50%
- children up to 12 years of age are not charged.
