A solitary house built in a traditional Dalmatian style, 30 m from the sea, on a secluded 20.000 sqm property under pinewood, with a splendid wild beach and a pier.
Holiday Brac house Punta, although away from civilisation, offers full comfort with 2 double bedrooms, living area, fully furnished kitchen, bathroom and a spacious shaded terrace. TV, stereo system, indoor and outdoor shower and a grill house will make your stay pleasant and enjoyable. Total privacy and freedom, on the other hand, will make you feel like modern Robinsons.
HOW TO COME
By plane or by car to Split, by ferryboat to Supetar (island of Brac), in direction to Milna (17 km), then 5 km by country road (half asphalt, half unpaved) to about 150 m from the house Punta. Transport by boat (about 30 min drive) is offered free of charge in arrival and departure to help you with the luggage. Other details to be arranged directly with the host.
WHAT TO DO
Besides sunbathing, swimming or reading, you can play table tennis, boccie (lawn bowling) and darts or take walking expeditions to the lighthouse or the ruins from the Napoleon times. If you have mountain bikes, bring them along.
The island of Brac is famous for its beautiful nature, rich cultural heritage and many historical sites which you can visit on your car tours. The return to the peace and quiet of Punta will make you happy time and again.
PRICES AND TERMS
June (15 -) / September € 140/house/day
July (15 -) / August € 170/house/day
• Arrangements on two-week basis are preferred, minimum stay one week.
• Sojourn tax is not included in price. It is paid in Tourist Office upon arrival to Milna.
• Pets are welcome.
• 20% payment in advance is required to confirm the reservation.
