Villa New York is situated in a small tourist village Mlini, only 7 km south from old town Dubrovnik. It is located next to the sea, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and it is an ideal choice for an unforgettable vacation in a family atmosphere.
Numerous restaurants, bars, discotheques, shops and beaches are located just few minutes from the apartments. While staying in our villa, do not miss the opportunity to experience the spirit of the Old Town Dubrovnik, the mysterious Island of Lokrum or the medieval township of Cavtat. Regular boat tours from the small harbor in front of our villa, will take you to Island Lokrum, Cavtat and other interesting destinations.

Apartment nr. 1*** (2 - 4 persons) is located on the first floor of Villa New York and has a direct sea view. It is 32 m2 big and has: one double room, a bathroom, a little kitchen, a living room where is a sofa that can be turned into a bed for 2 persons. Apartment has SAT TV and air conditioning. In front of this apartment is a big terrace with sea view.
Apartment nr. 2 *** (2 - 4 persons) is situated on the first floor of Villa New York. It is 36 m2 big and has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room (where is a sofa that can be turned into a bed for two persons) a mini kitchen and balcony with sea view. Apartment is air conditioned and has SAT/TV. In front of this apartment is a big terrace with sea view.
Apartment nr. 3 *** (2 - 3 persons) is located on the second floor of Villa New York. It is 23 m2 big and it has a bedroom, a bathroom and mini kitchen and direct sea view. This apartment is air conditioned and has SAT TV. In front of the apartment is terrace with sea view. It is possible to put an additional bed in the apartment.
Apartment nr. 4 *** (3 - 5 persons) is situated on second floor of Villa New York and it has:
- one room with 3 beds (21 m2) that has its own private bathroom and direct sea view. This room has SAT TV and air conditioning.
