„NEUTRINO“ House
is quite a new house and is situated 3 kilometers western from the town of Trogir, in direction to Šibenik. It is located in an old, peaceful and seaside village Grgići, about 100 meters northern from wellknown Hotel „Medena“. It is a four floors house. Each floor is a large flat or a large apartment, having a separate entrance.
Apartments Trogir are located on an ideal position with wonderful view on the Adriatic sea and many of the Middle-Dalmatian islands. One can enjoy a fantastic view on the town of Trogir and its beautiful gulf.
Each floor-flat-large apartment has 95m2 (4+2) including that evryone has two small balconies and one large terrace (20m2).
Flat is composed of two double bed rooms, plus sleeping couch in living room for one or two persons, two bath rooms with WC, towels, hair dryers and with other joining set. After that there is completely comfort kitchen with fridge, cooke, caffe machine and with other joining set, including a small pantry. There is of curse, large dinning room (14m2) and large living room (20m2) with TV/SAT.
All guests od Apartments Trogir have their part for parking. Everyone has possibility to use outside grill. The house is far approximately 200 meters from very long and wide beach in front of Hotel „Medena“, where one can find various recreation equipments, particularly for children and young people.
Market is 150m far, by Hotel „Medena“, and in addition those at Seget (2km), then numerous other in Trogir (which is an old medieval town under UNESCO heritage) 3km. Airport is 7km eastern.
The House on its left and right side have Mediterranean fruit trees. In the front of the House there is also a garden (105m2) too, where several sorts of trees have grown. On the ground of „NEUTRINO“ House there is a room (meeting or seminar room), as circumstances required, breakfast salon (20+14m2) also could be available. By the upper floor there is a terrace (18m2) with outside shower-bath and one another is located by the ground floor, both for daily refreshment.
On the northern side of the House, on the ground, there is also half open space for table tennis.
It is also possible,when require, a daily trip to organize to look neighboring islands. Southern 60 meters a neighbor is owner of a new and very beautiful tennis playground which is for guests of the „NEUTRINO“ House allowed to rent.
Cleanness, kindness, friendly and peace we offer! In the „NEUTRINO“ House English is spoken. German is also spoken, but modestly.
