Two houses right next to each other with gardens and parking places in quiet green surroundings. The houses are situated about 100 m far from the sea and the center of the village. Apartments Sukosan, Croatia - Villa Juric are suitable for vacation of elderly people or families with small children.
The beach is partly rocky and partly sandy with shallow water. Sukošan is 10 km far from Zadar, the economic and tourist center of the region. Sukosan is in the immediate vicinity of four national parks: NP Krka (one hour drive), NP Paklenica (one hour drive), NP Kornati, (by boat from Sukošan) and NP Plitvice (two hour drive).

1.) a villa
2.) separate apartments with the total capacity of max. 16 people, additional beds included.
1.) The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, four bathrooms, four balconies, a living room, a big kitchen, a big terrace and a garden.
It is the right choice for bigger companies or families who enjoy an outdoor barbecue and relaxing in the shaded garden under the vine and a magnolia tree. Accomodation for 8 or 10 people.
The villa is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, SAT -TV. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The bed linen is included in the price and the towels can be arranged upon arrival.
2.) The apartment on the ground floor in the adjacent house consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a garden. It is suitable for a family with 2-3 children or a group of four friends. The kitchen is fully equipped.
