Opatija is an elegant tourist destination which lies at the centre od the Opatija Riviera with the longest tradition tourism in Croatia. The very attractive geographic position, enabling its warm seas to be quickly reached from many cities in Central Europe (only about 500 km from Milan, Vienna and Munich), luch green scenery and a pleasant climate were some of the main reasons for its beginning ant the quick development of its tourism.
Opatija has beautiful well maintained public gardens and the illuminated 12 km long costal promenade known as Lungomare, well-kept nice beaches and fountains which are only some of the reasons for spending your holiday in Opatija. Apartment is situated on the ground floor of our family house and it is the only apartment in the house situated in green and quiet part of Opatija cca 900 meters from beach and centre of Opatija.
Apartments are very tastefully decorated and have been completely renovated in year 2006. Apartment has 100 square meters, three double bedrooms, big living room with tv/sat, fully equiped kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower. There is big terrace - 60 square meters with sea view and barbecue where you can sit in natural shade and enjoy beautiful sea view. There is also private parking for three cars. Apartmens are very suitable for families with children because your will have sole use of big garden and terrace.
Small pets are allowed-prior arangement.
