A seafront paradise, private beach with shower and extraordinary views. At Molunat, you go to bed with the sound of waves lapping on the rocks below, crickets chirping above, and wake to 15m of sea, sun and blue skies, surrounded by lush Mediterranean foliage. The house has terrace from which the sun can be seen both rising and setting over the sea.
You can either bask in the sun, or laze in the shade watching the sailing boats pass by: this also applies at the water's edge a few steps down from the house. One of house's great advantages is its seclusion and privacy.if you need more photos contact us and we will send you some more...Nicely newly equipped stand alone house with the sea view, specious, in a nice area, very quiet. It consists of 3 double airconditioned bedrooms, 2 bathroomS ,storage room, dining room, kitchen fully equipped(oven,stove,freezer,fridge,toster,mixer,juice maker, cutlery etc.), living room(TV,sat., CD, video player, SOFA BED etc.), large terraces, safe for the children, PRIVATE BEACH(no need to cross the road to reach it 10 meters bellow the house) WHICH YOU CAN SEE ON THE PHOTOS IT IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND LARGE, IT HAS THE SHOWER ALSO ON THE BEACH, private parking place for 3 smaller cars. If you are looking for a quiet place right on the sea and don't want anyoone to disturb you, this is a place for you WELCOME!!!!!!!!
Also we don't live there so you would be there alone,you would have complete privacy!!!!

Molunat is a small village of around 50 houses,it is situated in region of Konavle near Dubrovnik, some 15 kilometers from Dubrovnik Airport ,close to,Cavtat,Monte Negro....
Transport
A car would be necessary
The property is a 15 min drive from the airport and some 35 minutes from the port and town of Dubrovnik. A car is advisable as public transport in Molunat is infrequent. Most major rental companies are represented in Dubrovnik town and airport. For the first time we await for our guests at the airport, and provide all the help needed.From this year on we have 2 airconditioned cars to rent to our guests.
For our guests we arrange rent a car to wait for them at the airport on their request
