Villa 'Marlin' is a catering establishment with a long tradition situated on the outskirts of Novi Vinodolski in a gentle fisherman's town Klenovica. Villa 'Marlin', the property of Cvitković family, has been in the business since 1990.
Villa offers luxurious private accommodation. Alongside the suites and rooms, there is 'Školjić', an elegant restaurant with the Mediterranean ambiance which offers a wide selection of top-notch seafood and meat specialties. The main chef, who is also the proprietor of the restaurant, has a vast knowledge and experience in preparing Mediterranean and international delicacies that he likes to spice up with his own ideas. A long tradition and top-notch offer will surely satisfy even the most fastidious and demanding gourmands. Owing to our culinary specialties, the pleasant ambiance and professional staff, our guests are bound to come again.
We also offer parking places, and guests have stuff and restaurant services available.
We have also a room (***) for two persons with a bathroom, and the breakfast is also included.
For our guests we also have Breakfast and Halfpansion. The price for Breakfast is 5 Euro per person, and for the halfpansion 15 Euro per person.

The capacity of the suite: 2+2 The parking is also included. The guests are encouraged to use the service of the restaurant and our professional staff. The guests that are staying in our establishment are offered the breakfast and half board. The price of a breakfast is €5 per person and the price of half board is €15 per person.
