consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a sofa bed which can be used as an extra sleeping place for an extra person, 2 double bedrooms and a separate shower room.
This apartment also features air conditioning, sat TV and washing machine.
Beside, on the ground floor, there is a large shared half-covered terrace with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. This terrace is on disposal for the two ground floor apartments.
AP3 - apartment for 4+2 people
is set over the half top floor (attic) and consists of 2 double bedrooms, a shower room, an open klan kitchen/diner/lounge area with a pull out sofa bed capacity for 2 and a terrace with breathtaking view over the old town Cavtat and great part of Dubrovnik riviera and Dubrovnik old town in the distance.
This apartment comes with air conditioning, sat TV and washing machine.
AP4 - studio apartment for 2+1 people
situated in a separate room behind the house consisting of a double bed with a kitchenette/diner/lounge area with a pull out sofa for extra person attached and a shower room.

consists of a bedroom with a french bed, a mini kitchen attached and a shower room.
