The apartments are located on the Ugljan Island, close to the city of Zadar and situated in a small village Batalaža which is 12 km away from the port.
Each of the 3 apartments is approximately 56 m2 and the area is divided into 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace. The apartments are airconditioned. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with: four hot plates, oven, fridge with freezer. If you prefer to cook outdoors on your disposal are two barbecues in the backyard. With the kitchen connects the living room with TV and satellite TV. On the terrace of 9 m2 size there is a table and chairs. The two apartments on the upper floor have a sea view (A3 and A4), while the third on the ground floor there is no sea view (A2).
Local beaches (crushed gravel) located 50 m away. If you like to swim and sunbathe in solitude, you can walk up to 150 m distant pine forest and there find your own quiet corner.
The nearest restaurant is 50 m from the apartment and in it you can try the Dalmatian seafood dishes. Center Ugljan is situated at a distance of 800 m, and the way it lit up so it is suitable for evening walks.
Because of the proximity of the sea, quiet environment and beautiful nature this is an ideal place for vacation.
