SANTINI APARTMENTS (***),Accommodation Sveti Filip i Jakov, are in the new house looking at sea, circled by orchard and flowers, on quite position. The house has private and closed parking lot and there is a big place for outdoor activities and games. Each apartment has SAT TV, balcony or terrace and its own entrance. For boats just in front of the house the birth places are secured. Additional info and pictures of asked apartments can be provided on request of guests by e-mail.

Apartment A-Studio 2+1 is located on the ground floor. It consists of bigger double sleeping room plus couch for max.1 child, kitchen with dinning room, bathroom with toilet, loggia and terrace with sea view. It has 32 m2 plus loggia consisting of 12 m2 plus terrace of 20 m2. It is suitable for invalid persons. Accommodation Sveti Filip i Jakov.
Apartment B 2+0 is located on ground floor, it consists of double sleeping room with exit to terrace looking at sea and the garden, kitchen with eating area, bathroom with toilet, small hall and terrace with sea view. The area of 30 m2 plus terrace 20 m2 is suitable for invalid persons.
Apartment C 2+1 is located on the ground floor. It consists of double sleeping room, living room with couch for max.1child, kitchen with eating area, bathroom with toilet and terrace. The area of apartment is 30 m2 plus terrace of 15 m2 on the ground floor. The apartment is suitable for invalid persons. Accommodation Sveti Filip i Jakov.
Apartment D 2+1 is located on the first floor. It consists of double sleeping room, living room with couch for max. 1 child, kitchen with eating area, bathroom with toiled and loggia. The area of apartment is 30 m2 plus loggia of 10m2.
Each apartment has its own SAT TV with all necessary appliances, its own entrance and closed private parking lot for cars and birth place for boats.
Near the house there are a number of nice sand and stone beaches, restaurants, markets and sport objects for different games and recreation activities. In front of the village there are a lot of lovely small islands scatted on Pašman Channel. The village is also surrounded by three National Parks: The Kornati Island NP, The Krka River NP and The Paklenica Mountain NP, The Telascica Park of Nature and The Vransko Lake Park of Nature to which every day tours are organized.
The place of Sveti Filip i Jakov is located 24 km south of ZADAR and 4 km west from the town of BIOGRAD.
Airport, port, bus station, rail station are close by the village.
The pleasant Mediterranean climate, crystal sea, clean beaches, historical and cultural monuments, traditional cuisine and all other little comforts on offer from this little Dalmatian town,Sveti Filip i Jakov give an ideal opportunity for a truly relaxing family holiday.
