RAVNI APARTMENTS is an apartment village located about 12 km from Labin.
The apartment village is ideal for summer vacationing for families and especially couples with small children. It is peaceful and its surroundings are calm and it is all easy-going even in the high summer season.
Our apartment is 58 square meters including its covered terase of about 15 square meters. Its receives the early morning sun and by 2 p.m. it is in the shade. It overlooks part of the Kvarner Bay and the island of Cres. Steps from the terase lead to a small Mediteranean garden with a barbecue shared with the neighbour.
The apartment itself consists of two bedrooms – one with matrimonial bed and the other with two bunk beds (one on top of the other). It is equipped with electricity, gas, hot and cold water, air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower. The kitchen and living room are one space. It has a TV and sofa set that converts into a bed accomodating 1-2 persons. A weekly change of bed linen is included in the rent.
The walk to the beach from the apartment is about 10 minutes through low growing trees. Most of the path is shaded. If you want to go by car it will take about 5 minutes. There is parking space at the beach. Also, on the beach there is a cafe bar. During weekends they have music and entertainment.
The apartment village has a well stored shop that is open all day in the summer with fresh bread every morning.
There are two tenis courts in the center of the village as well as a restaurant. If you want to have a superb, first class fresh fish meal try the restaurant POSTARIC at Drenje (its on your way to Ravni).
Nearby Labin offers summer festivities such as music, bands and theatrical activities. It also has a market, many shops, pharmacy, doctor's office ...etc. Also, Rabac about 20 km from Ravni has numerous restaurants and a lovely „lungo mare“ path by the sea.
Prices per day for 4 persons during:
Jan 1 to May 29 and Oct 1 do Dec 31 € 30 plus € 4,5 per day for extra person
May 30 to June 26 and Aug 29 to Sept 30 € 40 plus € 5,5 per day for extra person
June 27 to July 24 and Aug 22 to Aug 28 € 51 PLUS € 6 per day for extra person
July 27 to August 21 € 55 plus € 7 per day for extra person
Tourist application to be paid immediately upon arrival is € 0,70 per person (not included in the rent). Children under 12 years of age gratis.
Tourist tax is included in the apartment rent.
Payment: 30% deposit - reservation to be paid to our bank account (details to be submitted upon request) by April 1, 2010. Remaining balance to be paid at check-in.
In July and August minimum stay is one week.
Preferable check-in's are from Saturday to Saturday.
Less than 3 days accomodation is charged 30% plus on above stated prices.
Pets allowed (only small animals) and charge is € 7 per day.
